The customer wants more than just a bracket. What they want is a finished product that is equipped with foot pads, labeled, all screws tightened, and ready to be sent to the production line. The problem is: among these materials, we can only produce plastic parts. We can't make screws, we can't produce glue, there is no mold for the foot pads, and we are not experts in applying stickers. But we still took on this order.
This case is particularly significant for us. It's not because the technology is so difficult, but because - we have never done the assembly of finished products before, and there are also electronic components involved. The client is aware of this. However, they still chose Yisen. 1. The "unreasonable" request of the client: to assemble the finished product together
This was a contest about "standards". The customer's requirement was "zero defects" - not 99%, not 99.9%, but every golf measuring instrument delivered to the user should be as clean, precise and flawless as an optical instrument.
